Though perhaps not very impressive, this friendly little hotel has much to recommend it, not least its friendly atmosphere and low price! 0907 hm.
Having been built over a cafe in the 1970¿s, it is a very modern and actually rather plain looking building in comparison to its more traditional neighbours.
The rooms, although very small, have been renovated and refurnished recently and both rooms and bathrooms are in exceptional condition. The furniture and beds in light wood creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Serving only light meals and snacks, the restaurant is small and has more of a 'café' style atmosphere. During warm weather the hotel opens a small beer garden which is popular with guests and locals alike who want to savour a cold weissbier or pils whilst watching the peaceful Fussen life go by.
The very small lobby area and reception desk are located at the top of a small flight of stairs. It is decorated in a rather dated style reminiscent of the 1970's.
The hotel is situated in the centre of Fussen, just a 3-minute walk from the railway station.
