We are only minutes from the main line station as well as the town centre, seafront, picturesque old town, pier, the famous East and West Hill, theatre and other great attractions. We have two bicycles which are available for you to use during your stay which are ideal to explore the local area. The famous 1066 countryside is only a short journey away. The Senlac is renowned for its extensive breakfast; we offer a fantastic choice ranging from the traditional Full English, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, weightwatchers and special diets. When preparing our popular vegetarian breakfast we ensure that all items are cooked separately. All bedroom prices include the Senlac's extensive breakfast menu. We offer complimentary parking voucher for a secured carpark located just behind Cambridge Gardens which are valid between the hours of 4pm – 11am.At the Senlac we want you to make the most of your stay, so we make sure all our rooms are ready for you to check in from 12.00noon. Check in is strictly by appointment only as there is no permanently manned reception.The Senlac is a strictly No Smoking guesthouse. Some rooms have access to our garden where we have a designated seating area for smokers.Unfortunately we do not accept dogs.
