The well appointed Hotel Schwarzer Adler features a total of 88 rooms and suites, all furnished in elegant Tyrolean country-style. The spacious twin rooms can accommodate up to 3 persons and feature bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone, radio, cable television and safe. The superior rooms are also equipped with a mini-bar. Junior Suites, which sleep two, also have a private sauna, Bang & Olufsen multimedia centre with flat screen television, DVD player and balcony. All rooms are non-smoking. The stylish public areas of the Schwarzer Adler include reception, spacious lobby lounge with free internet wireless access, elegant lounge with fireplace, various traditional dining Stüberl and the award winning gourmet a la carte restaurant, Neuwirt (awarded 1 Michelin Star). The impressive 1000 m? Black Spa, a place of peace and relaxation, features a wide range of facilities including Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, steam-bath, laconium and rasul. The beauty centre offers relaxing massages, body peelings, packs and luxurious facial treatments (local costs). An indoor swimming pool and gym with the latest fitness equipment are also available. New for Summer 2008 is the Kitz Summer Spa, located on the roof of the Schwarzer Adler, featuring outdoor swimming pool with underwater sound system and massages jets, a lounge and roof-top bar (for adults only). Location
The Schwarzer Adler is centrally located, a short stroll of 150 metres from the pedestrian centre of Kitzbuhel and is conveniently located for all major resort facilities and amenities. The train station, which offers connections to a mainline service, is located approximately 550 metres away.

Although probably best known for the famous Men?s Downhill Ski Race on the Hahnenkamm in winter, the lively and sophisticated resort of Kitzbuhel is an excellent destination for a summer holiday and offers something for everyone ? friendly atmosphere, stunning scenery and great golfing and sporting facilities. The unique magical ambience of the town, twinned with the seemingly endless of sporting activities combine to deservedly make Kitzbühel one of the top European holidays destinations. Activities available locally include: Golf: Kitzbuhel is known as THE ?Alpine Golf Centre?, boasting 5 golf courses including the Eichenheim, Kitzbühel Kaps, Golf & Country Club Larchenhof, Kitzbuhel Schwarzsee and Golf & Landclub Ramushof. They offer a total of 54 holes. Further 18 golf courses are located in the vicinity. Novice golfers are recommended to take lessons at the Golf School or Academy.
