Scandic Gateway is a very popular small hotel located inside Helsinki Vantaa airport. The hotel is handy because you can walk straight here from Arrivals without going outside. Why queue for taxis when you could be enjoying a drink in our Lobby bar or taking a rest in your quiet, comfortable room? The rooms are well insulated against aeroplane noise, although we are situated inside the airport. Our simply but freshly decorated rooms are all windowless, allowing you to be sure of a quiet night. If there¿s a gap in your schedule, you can make use of our sauna ¿ guaranteed to refresh you after a hard day¿s work. If you are travelling with colleagues and need a place to meet, we have meeting rooms for hire. The meeting room can even be connected to the sauna, if that¿s your style. This hotel offers you room and breakfast. If you need other services, such as à la carte restaurants, car rentals or banks, you will find these close at hand in the terminal building. Notice: From 21 November 2006 the expansion of Helsinki-Vantaa airport may cause noise within the hotel during day time (8am- 8pm). The repair is estimated to last 8 months. Location:
The hotel is located on the ground floor of the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport international terminal. The escalators or lifts from Arrival Halls 2 and 3 take you to the ground floor, where our lobby is located.

• Lobby Bar: The Scandic Gateway-Helsinki Airport hotel has 24-hour service and sleek, Scandinavian design right in the Lobby. This laid-back Scandic hotel bar serves up fresh sandwiches to go with a beer or glass of wine, as well as a range of snacks. Relax watching the game on the TV screen.
• Cesar's Food Market restaurant: Start the day well with a breakfast at no extra charge. An extensive healthy buffet is served in Cesar's Food Market restaurant at Helsinki Airport. This informal modern restaurant is not operated by Scandic and offers busy airport clientele tasty convenient meals throughout the day.
