This is a high quality hotel with excellent facilities, comparable in standard to downtown superior first properties. It is particularly suitable for those willing to accept slightly non-central location, or for guests needing immediate, convenient transfer to silja line ferries to Finland. TO09/08.
The hotel itself is a stunning modern design consisting of two towers connected by a large, spacious atrium. The building dominates the local surroundings. Many of the rooms look out across the water.
All rooms are at least of medium size and very well appointed, and in very good condition. Colours and fabrics are bright. Bathrooms are modern, well equipped and white and in very good condition.
For guests wanting a snack, the lobby bar serves drinks, coffee, sandwiches, salad and warm dishes. The main restaurant serves Swedish cuisine with an international touch.
The lobby is housed in the atrium and is very large, with extensive use of glass, metal and marble in a grey/ blue tone. There are areas for seating and one can enjoy a drink from the bar.
This hotel is located a short driving distance of 4 kms from the centre of Stockholm on the waterfront, connected by glass tunnel to the silja line ferry terminal. The central station is just a 7 or 8 minute drive.
