This is a modern structure built to be a convent but completely renovated to the best architecture.The building is surrounded by green.
Rooms are large in size and furnished in a modern and pleasant style.They are all carpeted in light grey colour and are equipped with a small sitting area composed of two grey easy-chairs and sofa and rectangular dark coffee tables.The head of the bed is composed by dark pannel partly grey coloured.
There is a breakfast room only that respects the modern style of the hotel.
The lobby is medium in size and respects the modern style.The reception desk is blue coloured and the top of the desk is wooden furnished.The sitting area is comfortable and composed of leather and dark sofas with carpets and dark coffee tables.There are also large mirrors on the walls and bright chandeliers.
The hotel is located in the greenest district of Venice, the island of sant'Elena. It is 10 minutes trip by steamboat or 20 minutes walk along the lagoon to San Marco Square.It is easily reached by watertaxi from all areas of Venice including Santa Lucia railway station and Marco Polo airport.
