The Waterfront Condominiums offer guests 1,400 square feet of luxury living. Each condos is equipped with two-bedrooms, two-baths, a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, two TV's and a large screened lanai overlooking the Bay. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Prior to the completion of your reservation, you'll see a Taxes & Fees line that includes an amount equal to the property's resort fee of 13.50 USD per day (15.00 USD including tax recovery charge), that will then be included in the total charge.
