Standard Queen rooms have one queen size bed - many with views over Mount Cootha and the cosmopolitan West End. Superior Queen rooms have one queen size bed and a private walkout balcony. Superior Twin rooms have two double beds and a private walkout balcony. Deluxe King Suites have a private bedroom with a king size bed and a separate lounge room with a sofa, which converts into a double size bed if required. There is a balcony off the bedroom and the lounge room. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
