This traditional style hotel dates back around 350 years. It is a fortress with an attractive courtyard, 4-5 storeys high with thick stone walls. The hotel was previously a monastery.

The bedrooms are all traditional in style. The majority of the rooms have tiled floors with beautiful rugs complimenting the new furniture which has been designed in medieval style. The bathrooms are mainly white and, like the bedrooms, have all the amenities of a luxurious hotel.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor overlooking the outside terrace. The room is decorated in a similar style to that of a medieval banqueting hall.

The medium sized reception is decorated in traditional Czech style in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The white walls contrast beautifully with the dark furnishings, some of which are antique in value.

Situated in the historic and beautiful ancient town of Cesky Krumlov all the sights and amenities can easily be reached on foot.
