Our studio rates are comparable to hotels that are located further away from the slopes but you have the luxury of a living room, balcony and kitchen. We have the complimentary City Ski Shuttle stop at the property every 20 minutes. Vacationers love the self catering apartments with fully equipped kitchen plus all the linens and towels that make them feel right at home without being in a cramped hotel room. With video rentals on site, you do not have to go far to catch your favorite flick. The Rockies Condominiums are within walking distance to the Ski Time Square, the indoor Tennis Center year round and Strings Music Pavilion in the Summer. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- studio w/loft, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom w/ loft - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom w/ loft - USD 35.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is located at 2145 Resort Drive Suite 100. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays.
