This hotel opened in August 2007. It is located on the Necanicum River across from the Seaside Convention Center, just a short walk to the beach and one block from downtown shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious studios, one and two bedroom suites. All suites have full kitchens, fireplaces, balconies, jetted tubs, pillow top mattresses, 32in flat screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi and internet access. Amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room and complimentary breakfast. The hotel is smoke free and pet friendly. Pet fee is $25. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
