Blue Mesa Lodge and Condos are located in the heart of Mountain Village with ski in/out access. It is walking distance from the free Gondola, and is approximately six miles from the Telluride Regional Airport.

Guest accommodations are in hotel rooms, and studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condominiums. Rooms feature private bathrooms, hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, telephones, and cable TVs. Condominiums feature fully equipped kitchens.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information. The price includes the property*s resort fee. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in location is at 666 West Colorado Avenue, Telluride, CO 81435 (located directly above Clark's Market). For late check-in, guests should use the courtesy phone outside of ResortQuest Telluride offices and guest check-in packets with keys will be in the lock box located there as well. Guests should pick up the phone outside the closed doors and the operator will check in the guest and give a code to unlock the lock-box which will have keys, maps and paperwork.
