The Ramada Inn North Miami Beach is a beachfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach approximately 25 miles from Miami International Airport and 20 miles from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport. The hotel is five miles from Bal Harbour Shops and Hollywood, 15 miles from downtown Miami, and 18 miles from Coconut Grove. Hotel amenities include the Olympic-size pool, poolside fitness room (with sauna and steam rooms), game room, restaurant, pool bar, sports bar, and shopping arcade. 2 Continental Buffet breakfasts are included in the room rate up to 2 persons, children under the age of 12 (max 2 per room) eat free with paying adult(s). The resort also offers concierge services, free weekday newspapers, valet parking with in and out privileges at $15.00 per day, rollaway beds at $15.00 per night, and laundry facilities. All rooms feature refrigerators, coffeemakers, clock radios, hairdryers, irons, safes, voicemail, modem lines, and cable TV. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Please be advised that pressure cleaning and painting of the front of the Building (west) will start on August 31, 2009; project schedule to be completed by October 2, 2009.Effective July 15th, 2009, the resort will collect a daily per room resort fee of $10.00 upon checkin. Resort fee covers use of the following: unlimited access to Fitness Center including Sauna & Steam Rooms, USA Today newspaper, wireless internet throughout the hotel, poolside and fitness center towels, unlimited use of chairs, chaise lounges and umbrellas on pool deck, in-room safe, premium cable TV including HBO channels, local calls, incoming fax service. The hotel does permit pets under the following terms: a $100 deposit per stay per room will be collected at checkin and $50 of that will be refunded at checkout. The resort permits one dog or one cat weighing 25 lbs or less and no more than 14 inches per guestroom. No pets may be kept on balconies of any guestroom when the owner is not present, and Housekeeping services will no be performed without the pet owner present unless the pet is kept inside their cage. Please note that the city of Sunny Isles Beach does not allow pets on the beach.
