This is a convenient city centre hotel which provides a good standard of accommodation.
It is a large and imposing modern structure, built in white stone and set in its own ample parkland. Despite the extremely new look of the exterior, inside the hotel has many traditional touches.
Rooms are medium in size with dark furnishings and light floral curtains. There are paintings and flowers to give an overall cosy feel and the rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
The restaurant offers French country cuisine. It is a large room simply furnished with red patterned tables and the occasional lantern. The area is also used as a public bar. There is also a night club, which is very popular with locals.
The simple lobby area is medium in size. Just beyond this area there are seats arranged around a large fireplace , with antique furniture and ornaments.
