This is a brand new hotel, with very spacious suites (30 m2). Everything is done for the guests well being, with full facilities (home cinema, DVD,direct phone, full bathroom ) cosy decor and excellent service. The kitchenette is fully equipped with microwave,fridge and some kitchen units .Hotel has A/C and is soundproof .

The hotel has two restaurant "L'iguane" which is a gastronomic restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional food, and a bistro restaurant . A brand new spa at the hotel clients' disposal.

The lobby is very spacious. Guests are welcomed in a very bright decor.

This 4 star hotel is located closed to the city centre and not far from Merignac Airport.The city centre is only 10 minutes drive .
