The Prime Rate Motel is an indoor property which offers clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms at reasonable rates throughout the year. We are located in Burnsville, Minnesota, which is a south suburb of Minneapolis. Our friendly staff can direct guests to many closeby tourist sites such as the Mall of America, the Metrodome stadium, and more. The property has a heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna.
