It is located on the border of the Sunny Beach resort and the village of Sveti Vlas, in quiet and calm area, famous for its healthy and mild climate. The hotel complex offers relaxing holiday atmosphere and friendly service. The distance to the centre of the Sunny Beach resort is 4 km. A shuttle bus service runs 8 times per day (between 10:00 a.m. and 23:00) from the hotel to the centre of Sunny Beach and to Nessebar. The PrimaSol Sineva Park is located only 50 m away from the beach, just near its sister hotel PrimaSol Sineva Beach. There is a magnificent garden with large lawns, plenty of flowers and trimmed bushes. Please note that this property is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the number of steps within the property.

The Primasol Sineva Park is a cozy, 3-storey hotel with 92 rooms overlooking the sea or the park. All rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with bathroom with bath-tub, WC, satellite TV, telephone and mini-fridge and they have balconies.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), late Continental breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30?21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer and wine are offered. A thematic/motto buffet takes place three times a week. Snacks such as pizza and pasta are available between 12:30 & 15:00 at the pool bar as well as tea & coffee time with cakes & ice cream from 15:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, tea, beer, wine, vodka, gin, brandy, whiskey, etc are served from 10:00-23:00 at the pool bars & the lobby bars of both hotels.
