Just a mile to the east of the resort is the Atlantic Ocean, the perfect playground for swimming, surfing or building cities in the sand. Your condo at Presidential Villas offers you well-appointed, comfortable accommodations during your Grand Strand getaway. Guests please note that there is a USD 52.00 cleaning fee for two bedroom units, a USD 57.00 fee for three bedroom units and a USD 19.00 fee for hotel units. Surfside Beach, South Carolina, offers both the quiet appeal of a small town and the excitement of nearby Myrtle Beach. The Atlantic coast is ideal for beach lovers, while the amusement parks, golf courses, theater and other area attractions provide still more ways to enjoy a fantastic vacation. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Office hours are 7am-10pm Sunday through Thursday and 7am-11pm Friday and Saturday. A USD 100.00 security deposit and an additional cleaning fee of USD 15.00-45.00 are collected at check-in. In addition a USD 35-70 non-refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in during Bike Week. If checking-in after 9 pm Monday thru Thursday or after 11 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, please proceed to the main office where security will have a list with your name and unit number. They will walk you to your unit and let you in. Please check-in with front desk the next morning.
