The Plantation Villas is situated only three miles south of Myrtle Beach, the family entertainment capital of the Southeast, is within one mile of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and just nine miles from the Myrtle Beach Airport. Myrtle Beach offers over 1,800 restaurants, live entertainment theaters, and shopping. Do not miss Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, or Barefoot Landing for year-round enjoyment. Golf tee times are available at nearly 100 area golf courses and should be arranged in advance.
On site, one can enjoy the million-dollar outdoor swimming pool, sundeck, Lazy River, and Water Playground. Also, guests can enjoy health club and activities center, which offers a heated indoor pool, certified aerobics, an exercise room, weight room, saunas and steam rooms, massage therapy, and Wi-Fi Internet access.
The one bedroom with one bath condo holds a maximum of four people and utilizes one queen bed and one sleeper sofa. The two bedroom with two bath condo holds a maximum of six people and unit bedding includes one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, and one queen Murphy bed. The standard hotel room holds a maximum of two people with one queen bed. The room amenities include iron and ironing board, either a full kitchen (condo units) or kitchenette (hotel room) complete with dishes and utensils.
Checkin procedures, front desk is open Monday-Thursday 7 am-9 pm, Saturday and Sunday 7 am-11 pm. After 9 pm Monday-Thursday or after 11 pm Friday-Sunday, use the security phone on left-hand side for instructions on how to contact security and be let into the unit. A 100.00 security deposit and an additional cleaning fee of 15.00-45.00, depending on room size, are collected at check-in. In addition a 35.00-70.00 non refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in during bike week. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel
