We are less than 10 minutes away from main attractions, including theatres, clubs, the cinema, central pier; Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. We are only a short tram ride from Cocker Street to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier on the South Shore. Even with all these attractions on our doorstep, you can still enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, as we cater for families, couples and small groups only. We are located just far enough away from the late-night clubs for you avoid being disturbed.There is seafront parking available next to the hotel, or low cost parking (£10 per week) is only a 4 minute walk away.Discounts are available for children under 12 years, and stays of 3 or more nights.Phoenix Guest House is fully central heated with each room having tea/coffee facilities, digital freeview t.v. and towels, iron, hairdryers on request.
