The hotel is traditional in style and quite grand with attractive detailing.

The rooms are large. They vary a little in style as the hotel is constantly renovating and updating their decoration. They are clean and comfortable and both the rooms and the bathrooms are in good, or in some cases very good, condition.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is a large cool room decorated simply in traditional Swiss style.

The lobby is large and rustic in style with a stone tiled floor, clean white walls and a large wood fireplace. There is plentiful seating and a very nice bar.

Located on a small hill about 02 minutes walk from the very centre of town, the hotel seems to look down over the rest of Zermatt. The hotel is set back from the small road that leads to it behind an attractive garden.
