It is beautifully situated overlooking the picturesque sister islands of Gozo and Comino, surrounded by the clear water of the Mediterranean, making it an ideal holiday for all ages. Accommodation
Comfortable and brightly decorated rooms. The room amenities for all rooms are satellite TV, radio, direct dial touch-tone telephone, trouser press with iron and ironing board, tea / coffee making facilities, hair-dryer, en-suite bathroom with shower fitting over bath, balcony, air conditioning (seasonal) and mini refrigerator. Guests should note; the mini refrigerator in the room is not to be used to store food or drink from outside.
Food & Beverage
The hotel has two restaurants to choose from (one buffet and one A La Carte). Il-Merill restaurant is a dining experience out of this world with its captivating view of the blue Mediterranean. The chef invites you to taste his mouth watering creations of local and European cuisine. This 500 seat restaurant features a table de hote menu (buffet) as well as a la carte menu (extra cost). The restaurant also offers room service during meal times. With easy access from the main pool and the beach, the Islands Edge Bistro also features a full bar and offers take away food & beverages. The Bistro provides an excellent variety of light snacks, burgers, pizza, pasta, grills & breakfast. During summer, Friday night is BBQ night (supplement charged). The hotel serves a starter of cocktail pasta followed by grilled steak, grilled fresh fish, spare ribs in BBQ sauce, chicken wings and a choice of salads. There is a free flow of local wine during the BBQ. The hotel features two full bars - the Cockerel and the Kaninchen - both offering an excellent selection of local and imported beer, wines and liqueurs and providing comfortable seating areas. The Kaninchen also stocks an excellent selection of exotic cocktails, and a popular range of American and European cigars.

DIVING: Paradise Bay is Malta?s premier dive site. Paradise Diving School, located at the hotel, caters for all levels of ability and offers effortless diving. Comino and Gozo are only minutes away by the schools own speed boat. Leaving straight from the hotel beach, this is the most convenient boat diving you will ever do. As a P.A.D.I. International Resort, the school offers a range of courses including Open water diver, Advanced open water, Rescue diver, Dive master. For the beginner the school offers an Introduction to Scuba. The Diving School also offers a variety of water-sports (seasonal) including water-skiing & canoeing from the Hotels Private Beach. SPORTS: The Hotel has two fully equipped Tennis Courts. In the games room you will find Billiards and Ping Pong (Table Tennis). SWIMMING: You have the choice of four swimming pools in the hotel area. The main pool is fish shaped and also features a shallow paddling pool for small children. Next to the pools you find extensive sun terraces with free sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel has the largest indoor swimming pool in Malta. It is heated during winter and also features a shallow paddling pool for small children and a whirlpool. GOLF: The hotel is affiliated with The Royal Malta Golf Club.
