Apartments have one, two, or three bedrooms furnished to a high standard with fitted cupboards/drawers and roman blinds. Kitchens are equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, and microwave oven. Utensils and cookware are available on request. Telephone and television sets are provided and a point has been installed. Satellite TV has been provided.

The onsite clubhouse has a 24-hour gym and male and female changing/shower room. Public tennis and squash facilities are nearby. Olympic Terrace has a business center with Internet and printing services available. Laundry service is also available.
