This small and charming 3-star hotel is located in the centre of Venice, only a few steps from the Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia railway station. Good standard service and comfortable accommodation in a location with excellent transport links. *** LOCATION *** The hotel is located in Piazzale Roma, very close to the bus terminal with connections to Venice and Treviso airports. Santa Lucia railway station is just 10min walk or 1 vaporetto stop away. There is a vaporetto stop 2min from the hotel from where St Mark¿s Square and other attractions are easily accessible by a panoramic journey down the Grand Canal. Alternatively, Venice can be explored on foot with most attractions within 15 to 30min walk. *** EXTERIOR *** The property is a traditional 4-storey building overlooking a canal. ***ROOMS *** The rooms are medium in size, decorated and furnished in an elegant 18th century Venetian style. Each room feature its own predominant colour matching the bedspreads and curtains. Rooms and bathrooms are reported to be very clean and in excellent conditions. *** RESTAURANTS & BARS ***There is no restaurant in the hotel; however there are plenty of places to dine nearby. There is an American bar, where guests can relax after a day of sightseeing. Continental buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room with views of the canal and a private garden. The breakfast consists of fresh croissants, cheese, meats, fresh fruit, and juices and is served from 07:00 ¿ 10:00am.
