Both studio flats and apartments are equipped with kitchenette, furnished terrace, bathroom, telephone, air conditioning, Satellite TV (summer of 2006) and cot for babies. One-room apartments accommodate two adults and one or two children, studios accommodate two adults and one child. Baby cots are available on request and will count as 1 person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.
