It is located near one of the most charming Mexican Caribbean towns, Playa del Carmen, an ideal place for relaxing and shopping. The hotel is only 60 minutes from the Cancun airport, adjacent to the famous beaches of Playacar, renowned for the spectacular white sand and crystal waters.
Accommodation
The resort has 286 rooms distributed through exotic Polynesian style cabins. All rooms have: King-size bed or two double beds, air conditioning with individual control and ceiling, satellite TV, telephone, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and safety deposit box. Bathroom with tub and shower. Every room has a comfortable balcony for cool afternoons. There are 4 rooms specially equipped for people with walking difficulties, on request.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner (with different nightly themes), all buffet style with international cuisine, served in the main restaurant Topaz. During lunch & dinner wine is offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once weekly from 18:00-22:00 and with prior reservation are the two A la Carte restaurants; Caruso?s (Italian) and La Troje (Mexican). Snacks are available between 12:00 & 18:00 at the La Huerta Pizzeria or from 12:00-16:00 at the pool-side snack bar (light lunch). Customers can have midnight snacks from 23:00-01:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar, the Ambar bar (specialising in Margaritas) and the aqua bar ? according to each outlet?s opening hours.

Sport facilities at the hotel for all age groups include multi-use gymnasium, two swimming pools (one for activities and one for relaxation) in addition to one children?s pool, towel service, beach & pool chairs, two floodlit tennis courts, non-motorised water sports (kayaks, snorkelling, sailing, boogie boards and windsurfing), scuba diving intro-lesson in the pool, volleyball, table tennis, and many more. There is a daily activities programme and nightly entertainment with staff and local entertainers in several different languages, and for children aged 4-12 years there is a supervised kids club from 09:00-17:00.
