- Nearest train station: Burnley Central Station - 2 miles
- Directions: From Manchester Airport/M65: Take the M60 Northbound towards Bury, which lead onto the M62. Exit and Junction 18 on to the M66 Northbound, signposted Bury. On the M66 follow the signs to Burnley and continue on this road when it becomes the A56 (dual carriageway). When you reach the roundabout for the M65 take the third exit, signposted Burnley and Skipton, M65. Follow the M65 and exit at Junction 12. Take the third exit at the roundabout, following signs for A682, Nelson, Brierfield. After a short distance you will reach a small roundabout next to B&Q. Take the first exit, following the A682. At the next roundabout take the second exit, following the A682 for Burnley. Continue along this road for 1 mile. The Oaks Hotel is situated on the left hand side. From Burnley: Head out of Burnley on the A682 towards Brierfield and Nelson. Continue along the A682 for approx. 2 miles until you reach a major set of traffic lights (at Casterton Avenue). Continue straight across the lights - the hotel is on the right hand side half a mile after the traffic lights.
