It is a modern 31 Storey height building.
Rooms are medium in size with fully air-conditioned. Partly of the rooms are overlooking the runway of old Kai Tak Airport and Hong Kong Island. Most of the rooms with city view.
There is no restaurant at the hotel.
Medium in size with few sofa seatings.
The Newton Place hotel is located in Kowloon Kwun Tong which is one of the oldest industrial area in Hong Kong. The nearest MTR station is in Ngau Tau Kok exit "A".
