Adjacent to a seasonal trolley stop, the Nautical Mile Resort is a mile from the beach and less than four miles from the Wells Estuarine Research Reserve. The resort is less than three miles from Wells Antiques, Wells Five Star Cinema, and Merriland Farm Golf Course.

Tennis courts, a basketball court, outdoor pool, and spa tub are on site. Parking is free. Other amenities also include laundry facilities, barbeque grills, meeting rooms (small groups), and a video library.

This resort offers one-bedroom condominiums with screened-in porches or decks. All condos have kitchens with dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, and coffeemakers. Cable TV and VCRs are provided.

The front desk is open daily from 8 AM?9 PM July?August and daily from 8 AM?5 PM September?June. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the resort at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in time is any time after 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. A photo ID of the reservation holder or a confirmation will be required. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. If you plan on arriving after posted resort office hours, please call the office at 1-207-646-6171 between the hours of 8AM-5PM prior to your arrival to receive late arrival instructions.
