This is a medium sized residence with a modern exterior.

The 60 studios and 29 two bedroom 29 apartments are bright and modern with well equipped kitchenettes including microwave oven and fridge. The two bedroom apartments have one double and one sofa bed and thus, are suitable for double or twin occupation. The 60 other units which are studios are all equipped with a sofa bed. All units are furnished in a modern, functional style.

There is a breakfast hall but no restaurant. There about a dozen restaurants within five minutes of the hotel, however.

The lobby is medium and leads directly to the breakfast room area. It is modern and very bright. The decor is very modern in style, made up of grey and orange colours.

The hotel is set in Torcy, near Marne-la-Vallee to the East of Paris, just off the A4 motorway. It is conveniently located for traveling to and from Disneyland and provides easy access to the main airports, as well as to Paris.
