This is a towering, purpose-built hotel. The building is lacking in traditional Swiss character so fails to blend in well with its surroundings.
The medium-sized rooms are all in very good condition. The standard rooms have all been decorated in exactly the same style, using neutral colours. The majority of rooms have views of the Jungfrau and those that do not are doubles which tend to be used as singles. The modern bathrooms are in very good condition. Almost all rooms have their own balcony. The hotel also offers upgraded accomodation which has recently been refurbished in attractive floral colour schemes.
The hotel's main restaurant is located on the first floor. It is spacious and elegantly decorated in a modern style. In addition, the hotel's panoramic restaurant serves a variety of light snacks and offers magnificent views of the Jungfrau and the surrounding area from the 18th floor of the hotel!.
The modern lobby is very large and has ample seating. The area has been decorated in soft pastel shades and the numerous plants help create a pleasant setting for guests to relax in. The lobby also doubles as the hotel's piano bar, which is popular with guests and locals alike.
