The rooms are decorated to a good standard and benefit from contemporary furnishings. Although the rooms are not large, there is more than enough space to feel very comfortable. The colour scheme is based on warm, citrus shades.

The breakfast room with terrace is located at the rear of the reception area which allowed a natural daylight. This, along with the bar area in front of the reception desk, is used as a restaurant area for lunch and dinner.

The small lobby enjoys natural daylight thanks to the wide windows overlooking the carpark. The deco is based on dark, warm colours which give quite a welcoming feeling.

The hotel is located in a pleasant wooded area, close to a lake just off the main road around Tours close to the A10 motorway. It is a good 15 minute drive to the city centre. It is linked directly to the Espace Malraux conference facility.
