Modern, new and simple, Maximilianas buffet restaurant is unconventional and North German in style. It is open daily from 12 noon until 1 am and features a show kitchen. The midday buffet focuses on nutrition and features a wok station, amongst other things. In the evening, a regional and typically North German cold-warm buffet is provided. All-inclusive buffets are served on Friday and Saturday nights. Our new cocktail bar, Sansibar, serves international cocktails and snacks, whilst the bar in the spa area features fitness, as well as light alcoholic drinks, plus a selection of hot and cold snacks. Two internet terminals can be used to chat in the evening, without additional cost. Table football and darts are also available.
