The Meadow House Condominiums is situated right in the middle of Central Oregon where the high desert meets the Cascade Mountains to form one of the most ideal recreation meccas under the sun. One can enjoy the mighty Deschutes River, golfing, and famous Mt. Bachelor ski resort. Nearby are over 50 shops and restaurants at the Sunriver Village Mall and Sunriver Resort Lodge.
The complex offers two swimming pools, two championship golf courses, over 30 tennis courts, over 30 miles of paved biking and hiking trails, a marina with canoe rentals plus a full-service spa located 33 miles from Roberts Field. The resort amenities also include golf, hot tub, grills, ski rentals and ski storage.
The two-bedroom/two-bath condo holds a maximum of five people and utilizes one queen bed, two twin beds and one queen sleeper sofa. The room amenities also include in-room internet access, in-room washer and dryer, fireplace, stereo, VCR, and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Checkin Procedures - Check-in at the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age. Please call our office at 541-593-5018 if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm for after hours check-in procedures. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions.
