The property offers 24-hour front desk service, concierge desk service, and newspaper delivered daily to the room. It also features pool with Infinity edge, water slide, whirlpool spa, children?s activity center, and fitness center.

The property room are equipped with amenities include central air conditioning, coffeemakers, alarm clocks, irons and ironing boards, and washes. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The villas are under construction through January 31, 2012. Villas occupied by guest are complete. You will notice additional construction on our new building.There will be limited beach access on south end of resort July 1, 2009- July 31, 2010 due to dock construction. The pool will be closed September 1-30, 2010. Shuttle to the Marriott Frenchman's Reef hotel will be provided or guests can walk as it takes less than 5 minutes to walk from the villa to the hotel.
