The guestrooms offer telephones with message light, voicemail, individual climate control, cable TV, in-room pay movies, coffee and coffeemakers, work desks, and high-speed Internet. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The hotel is under discernable guestroom renovation from April 13, 2008 to October 1, 2008. Work is scheduled 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday. All Marriott Brand hotels in North America are now 100-percent smoke-free. Guests are permitted to smoke in designated areas outside the building.
