Arad is a good alternative to Dead-Sea accommodation. This hotel has 5 halls on the ground floor for various uses and a congress hall. There is also a health-gym and dry sauna. This is a modern building built in 1968 and was renovated in 1995.

The 167 rooms face the Olympic seasonal opened swimming pool. There are no balconies. All rooms are approximately 15 square metres in size and are fully equipped with bathrooms, light furniture and air-conditioning.
