An apartment complex, operated and managed by Mare S.A.,( which operates also the A?class Superior Hotel Miramare ) situated in the center of Agios Nikolaos, overlooking the Mirabello Bay, just next to a fully organized shingle beach. The cosmopolitan town center with plenty of shopping opportunities and an interesting nightlife is within walking distance from the Apartments.
Accommodation
All 40 apartments and studios are tastefully furnished with Mediterranean influence, in soft green colors. All with sea view comprise of one or two bedrooms, lounge, and dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, balcony, individually controlled air conditioning, direct dial telephone, music and radio channels, safes, and luxurious marble bathrooms with hairdryer. The apartments are cleaned daily.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During lunch & dinner table water, soft drinks, local draught wine and beer are offered. Snacks are available between 11:00 & 16:00. Tea & coffee time with cake and snacks is from 16:00-17:00 at the bar. Ice cream is on offer from 11:00-16:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like table water, soft drinks, draught wine & beer and spirits are served at the bar from 11:00-23:00 (last order at 22:45).
Chargeable Extras
Items not included in the AI concept as well as items consumed outside the AI timetables are available at a charge. Drinks offered to non hotel clients will be charged at full catalogue prices.
Sports & Leisure
Water sports upon request in the surrounding area: water ski, water ski lessons, windsurfing, tennis, mini golf. Guests can participate to all activities organized by the Hotel Miramare, such as Piano nights at the Main Bar, from 20:00 Hrs to midnight (open from May through end September). Cretan and Greek evenings with Folklore dances, Live music and Cretan buffet, (bi- weekly by the Pool Restaurant), BBQ, Fish night and other special evenings. There is a supplement for all events at the Hotel Miramare.
Facilities & Services
Lounge with outdoor terrace, TV and card room, car rental, mailbox and foreign exchange at reception. For children there are also high chairs and baby cots. Babysitting on request. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants and bars around the complex.
All Inclusive General Info
Dress code applies during dinner; beachwear and shorts are not allowed. Food consumption in room is not permitted. Alcoholic drinks - including beer - are not served to guests under 18yrs old. At the bar guests can order a number of drinks equivalent to the number of persons in room. The management reserved the right to refuse serving guests whose behaviour might be offensive to other customers or the hotel staff. On departure day all the above mention facilities are available until 12:00. Clients who missed some of the AI facilities on arrival day are welcome to use them until their departure time.
