All of the rooms are modern and stylishly furnished and have double or twin beds plus an extra small child bed and are equipped with a safety deposit box, air conditioning (payable locally), satellite television, telephone and a mini bar. Standard rooms are equipped for 2 adults plus an infant only, and triple rooms are available on request.

Within the Marcan Beach, guests can enjoy a Turkish buffet breakfast in the hotels restaurant and enjoy a refreshing drink in the bar. Nearby facilities, by the seafront, in the main town, include various shops, bars and restaurants, many with roof terraces perfect for enjoying the sunset and the wonderful views. Oludeniz takes its name from the beautiful blue lagoon located a few hundred yards from the main town. The beach itself stretches for several miles, but the most popular section is the lagoon with its stunning backdrop of mountains and pine forest. This area has been designated a National Park and there is a small entrance charge, but it is well worth paying - there are shaded areas suitable for picnicking, showers and snack bars.
