A wonderful historic three star hotel with a beautiful roof terrace located in an ideal position to enjoy all that Stockholm has to offer. Additional facilities include a sauna and wireless internet throughout the hotel.
The building dates back to the 17th century and is reminiscent of ships from bygone days due to its tall and narrow structure. At just under six metres wide, this is undoubtably Stockholm's narrowest hotel.
Rooms are generally small although well appointed and designed individually. They all follow a Naval theme in decoration and feature Hastens beds, cable television, wireless internet, hairdryer and work desk.
The Lord Nelson has a small bistro where breakfast is served. Dinner can be taken at the restaurant of the sister hotel, Victory, less than a five minute walk away.
The cosy lobby is small with a friendly reception and limited seating. The building extends back and is deceiving in size.
The Lord Nelson is located in the heart of Stockholm's Old Town, Gamla Stan. Only fifteen minutes on foot to the Central Station and similar in distance to the hustle and bustle, restaurants and nightlife of Stureplan.
