The Links hotel takes its name from the nearby Bruntsfield Links and it sits in an ideal location for a variety of pursuits. With the bustling, cosmopolitan Tollcross a few minutes' walk away there is a host of speciality shops, bars, clubs and theatres within easy striking distance. In addition you will find that Princes Street, the Royal Mile and the West End are still within comfortable walking distance (about 10-15 minutes on foot, with the hotel located directly on a major bus route), allowing easy access to a host of other attractions - like Edinburgh Castle, the Edinburgh Dungeon, Holyrood Palace and many more locations and activities besides.
Having been extensively renovated in 2001, all of the hotel's 26 rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with tea/coffee making facilities and direct dial telephone as standard in every room. The recently refurbished Links Bar offers a variety of beers, wines and spirits along with a lively atmosphere - especially during the weekends - making for a memorable stay at any time of year. Breakfast is served in the bar area and is followed by an extensive all day menu.
