The Land Fall Towers are located on South Padre Island which is just 25 miles from Brownsville. The South Padre Islands beaches are the perfect excuse to just waste away in paradise by relaxing and sunning while vacationing on the island.

The one-bedroom, one-bath condo holds a maximum of two people and offers one king-bed. The room amenities also include Internet access, irons and ironing boards, and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Checkin Procedures - The Check-in Time is at 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am. Also on Fridays Check-in is 4pm to 6pm at 1800 Padre Blvd. There is a Lock box with a phone number to call. Once the number is called, a combination will be given and from there, the guest can pick up the packet.
