L?Ecrin de Neiges is a brand new and very comfortable residence, right next to the ski lifts and shops. It is situated in the Belledonne massif, opposite Oisans, Vercors and Chartreuse. At the heart of nature it is composed of two areas, the Recoin at Chamrousse 1650m and the Roche Beranger at Chamrousse 1750m. The complex has a dominating view of Grenoble from 1700m

Accommodation & Facilities
Next to the Roche Berange ski lifts the complex offers spacious apartments for four to eight people. The apartments are equipped with a sofa bed for two, beds or bunk beds, fully equipped kitchenette with hotplates, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, balcony and terrace, and bathroom with shower or bathtub and WC according to the apartment?s capacity. The hotel offers at a charge bed linen and towels and also TV. The guests should note that there is a local Taxe de sejour per adult per night payable locally. Also a refundable deposit paid locally and returned after departure is required.
There is a kids club, the parents should note that they must bring with them a health record with the appropriate up to date vaccinations (minimum BCG/DT Polio) which must be presented in the creche, clubs and mini-clubs.

Apart from skiing, there are plenty of leisure activities the guests can do, such as snow scooter, snowshoeing, scuba diving under ice, driving on snow and ice, ice skating, paragliding, acrobatic trail in the trees for adults and children from four years (at a charge). The complex also offers to its guests free of charge access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Of course the guests can visit the shops and market at the Roche Beranger approximately 400m away from the complex, where are situated, grocery shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy etcNext to the Roche Berange ski lifts the complex offers spacious apartments for four to eight people.

Ski Facts
The Southern Alps covers a huge area, stretching from the Mercantour in the Alpes Maritimes to the Bauges in Isere. It is difficult to summarise the skiing in this vast area, which itself is divided into different ski regions. However one of the main differences between skiing in the Northern Alps and the Southern Alps is sunshine! There are some epic runs, like the Sarenne in Alpe d?Huez, which is the longest run in Europe at over 17kms (Starts black and finishes green). Also the chance to ski the ?68 Olympic downhill runs at Chamrousse, or follow in the ski steps of Luc Alphand in Serre Chevalier. All these areas offer fantastic off-piste opportunities and a wide variety of pistes from beginner to expert.
