Closest airport INN/FDH. The guests may get to Soll from Innsbruck-Kranebitten Airport (INN) 78 km away, Friedrichshafen airport (FDH) 80km. Please note that check in and check out day for this property is only Saturday. Your stay should be either for 7 or 14 nights.
Accommodation and Facilities
The stylish Hotel Krone combines traditional and contemporary styles. All 67 well appointed bedrooms feature bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone and satellite television. A number of larger rooms, which can accommodate 3 persons, are also available. All bedrooms are non-smoking.
In house facilities comprise reception, restaurant, dining room, lounge with fire place, an Internet corner (small local cost) and a children?s playroom. The spectacular new Sky Spa, situated on the 4th and 5th floors, extends over. 500 m? and has a panorama sauna on the rooftop terrace, steam-bath, infrared cabin and spacious relaxation area with a fire place. (Children under 16 years are not permitted in the Sky Spa). There is also an indoor swimming pool, table tennis and billiards (extra cost). Massages and cosmetic treatments can be arranged and a solarium is also available (local charge).
The hotels weekly programme of activities includes regular gymnastics, stretching and water gymnastics. Join the cultural guided walk of Au and learn about the farming in the area, local cheese making and handicrafts, or take part in the guided winter walks or snowshoe walks though the beautiful winter landscape.
Guests will enjoy an extensive buffet breakfast and a 4 course evening meal with choice of menu and daily salad buffet. The hotel also arranges a weekly Gala Dinner with traditional Zither music and a speciality buffet evening.
Location
The Hotel Krone is located in about 300 metres from the centre of Au. It is approximately 2 kilometres to the skiing area of Diedamskopf and the free ski bus stops outside the hotel. The provincial capital, Bregenz, is about 46 kilometres away.

Au lies in the Bregenzerwald Region in the most westerly Austrian province of Vorarlberg. Of all skiing regions in the Bregenzerwald Region the Diedamskopf skiing area boasts, at 2060 metres, the highest mountain lift station. This is an excellent family destination. Didis Adventure Land, located in the mountain lift station, is popular with all ages and supervision for 3-8 years is available for a local cost.
