This hotel has one of the best locations in town and is quaint and traditional. RY07/05.
The exterior of the hotel is well maintained and is built in typical Swiss style and character.
The medium sized rooms are traditional in style. They feature various colourschemes and differ in terms of furnishing a little, but all are in good condition, as are the bathrooms.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor. It is decorated in elegant style with full length windows on the street side and grand chandeliers adding to the feeling of opulence. In fine weather diners will be tempted to sit outside on the terrace and watch the world go by.
The small lobby is very traditional. Antique furniture and ornaments adorn the area, together with chandeliers and old paintings which create a homely, relaxed atmosphere.
This is a completely family owned and run hotel which overlooks the main street with its many souvenir shops. It is just a short walk from Interlaken West railway station.
