Most of the hotel is hidden from the road above, as it is built parallel to the cliffside. A large white building, it is very Mediterranean in appearance, as most rooms have balconies.

The hotel rooms are medium-sized and air-conditioned. Half have a balcony, and all are well-furnished and pleasantly decorated in a modern style.

The main restaurant is 'L' shaped, and features a terrace with the breakfast buffet at the entrance. There is also a very pleasant ground floor terrace restaurant, as well as a tavern and bar areas which are all of an excellent quality and offer great service and variety of food and drink.

The reception is at the top of the building as you enter from the road, which is quite unusual. It is medium-sized, with the reception desk to the front and a bar area at the end as you enter. There are a good number of red seats available, and a small terrace.

The hotel lies in the area of Lapad, close to the largest public beach. It is 40 minutes by car to the airport, 5 minutes to the bus terminal, 15 minutes to the harbour and 10 minutes to the Old Town.
