The Kittyhawk Condominiums is in a complex which offers two swimming pools, two championship golf courses, over 30 tennis courts, over 30 miles of paved biking/hiking trails, a marina with canoe rentals, and a full-service spa. Located 33 miles from Roberts Field, the Kittyhawk Condominiums are also nearby to over 50 shops & restaurants at the Sunriver Village Mall and Sunriver Resort Lodge. No pets allowed. The one bedroom/one bath condo holds a maximum of 4 people and unit bedding is either 1 king bed and 1 queen hideaway bed or 1 queen bed, 1 queen hide-a-bed in the living room and 1 double futon in the loft area. The studio/one bath condo holds a maximum of 4 people and utilizes either 1 king bed or 1 queen bed and either 1 hide-a-bed or queen futon. Room amenities also include in-room internet access, fireplace, DVD/VCR and a full kitchen. Some units also offer CD or stereo. Check in Procedures - Check-in location: 56805 Venture Lane, Sunriver, Oregon 97707 USA please call our office 541-593-58018 if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm for the after hours procedure. You must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Checkin Procedures - Check-in at the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age. Please call our office at 541-593-5018 if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm for after hours check-in procedures.
