Coming from the south on US Hwy 40 2 miles past the Winter Pk Ski Resort is the town of Winter Pk. Once you are in down town Winter Park,make a left at 7-11, make a quick left into the parking lot of Alpine Rst Properties. If you anticipate arriving late, please call for after hours check in procedures.
