Closest airport INN/MUC. The guests may get to Seefeld Region from Innsbruck-Kranebitten Airport (INN) 22 km away, or Munich ? Franz Josef Strauss Airport (MUC) 171 km away . Please note that check in and check out day for this property is only Saturday. Your stay should be either for 7 or 14 nights until 06/03/09 and daily arrivals, minimum 3 night stay from 07/03/09.

The spacious Hotel Kaltschmid features 163 comfortable bedrooms, all with bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone, radio, cable television and safe. Some larger rooms, which can sleep up to 3 or 4 persons are also available.

Location
The Kaltschmid is perfectly situated in the centre of Seefeld, at the end of the pedestrian zone, and close to all amenities. The railway station, which offers a regular service to Innsbruck, is located approximately 200 metres away. It is an approximate 5 minute walk to the Geigenbühel beginners? lift. The nearest main lift is a 10 minute walk and the free ski bus stops about 150 metres from the hotel.
Ski Facts
Seefeld lies on a sunny plateau above Innsbruck and is Europe?s largest cross-country skiing area. The area is called the Olympic Ski Region Seefeld, and it boasts approximately 200km of classic trails and 80km of skating trails for all ability levels. Experienced cross-country skiers will love the 15km of ungroomed tracks in the Gaistal valley.
Seefeld is classified as an intermediate ski area, with separate areas for beginners and intermediates. It is a perfect destination for mixed skiing abilities as well as non-skiers. Lift passes of 3 days and above are called the Happy Ski Card, and are valid on all lifts in Seefeld (Rosshütte , Gschwandtkopf, Geigenbühel, Birkenlift, Neuleutasch) and in Mittenwald, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Grainau, Ehrwald, Lermoos, Biberwier, Bichlbach, Berwang and Heiterwang.
