This 3-star modern chain hotel is situated in the centre in the New Town (Prague 2) only 5 mins from Wenceslas Square and about 20 mins walk to the historical Old Town. Alternatively, the nearby metro provides fast and easy link to the historical centre; most famous places such as the Old Town Square or Little Quarter are only a few stops away. There are also direct tram links to the Prague Castle from the hotel (20-min journey by tram 22 or 23). The property is a 4-storey modern block building with no interesting features. Rooms are small to medium in size. They are simply and rather functionally decorated bright colours with modern wooden furniture and modern amenities. Bathrooms have shower stands only, but have great power showers. Rooms are reported to be clean and in very good condition, however they are rather functional and lack in local character. For a small fee guests can enjoy the neighboring hotel's (Novotel) leisure facilities which include an indoor swimming pool. The hotel restaurant serves both local and international cuisine and includes a bar. Cold buffet continental breakfast with a good choice is served in the restaurant. Simple and straightforward but good standard and comfortable accommodation in a convenient location, with very helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent value for money.
